Patient Survey Posted or Updated on 9 Oct 2023

The Upstairs Surgery is undertaking a Patient Survey to gain feedback so that we can monitor and review the services we provide.  Our aim is to learn what we are doing that is working well for patients and what we are doing that is working less well so we can do to improve the services provided. 

We need your help to achieve this by completing the Patient Survey.  Below is the link to the document.  You can download the survery, complete it and return either via email, post or bring it to reception.  We also have paper copies available at reception if you wish to complete there ask a member of the team.
