APPOINTMENT SERVICES:

ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW TELEPHONE OR VIDEO CONSULTATIONS ONLY.  No urgent or routine face to face appointments are being booked until further notice.

Once you have had a telephone or video consultation. If the Doctor or Nurse feels like you need to be seen face to face, and it is safe for you to do so, then you will be asked to attend the surgery. DO NOT ATTEND the surgery unless you have been telephone triaged.

For all prescription requests and queries, please either call the surgery on 0208 597 1840 or email us at theupstairssurgery@nhs.net. You must nominate a pharmacy for prescriptions to be sent electronically, rather than attending the surgery to collect.

Please do not book an appointment, come to the GP surgery, Pharmarcy or hospital if you or anyone in your household have or in the last 14 days have had symptoms of a sore throat, cough, fever or shortness of breath.

NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can advise you whether or not you need to seek medical attention and can also advise you on what to do. This can be accessed from www.nhs.uk.

Blood Tests - From Monday 30th March 2020 blood tests are available by appointment only at the following sites:

Barking Community Hospital - Monday-Friday 7.00am - 2.45pm

Chadwell Heath Health Centre - Monday - Friday 08.45am - 12.45pm

                                                                                1.30pm - 3.15pm
